The Care 600 Wall Basin has been specifically designed with optimal basin waste and tapware landing projections to reduce potential splashing caused by the water stream from the tapware flowing directly into the basin waste. When installed properly (height to top of basin 820mm under AS1428.1), there is appropriate knee and toe clearances for wheelchair users underneath the basin.

The Care 600 Wall Basin has been specifically designed to meet Type B hospital basin requirements for general staff hand washing and is compatible with a range of care and hospital specific tapware whilst meeting AS1428.1:2009 requirements.

At Age Place, we understand that mistakes happen. That’s why we will accept returned goods and provide you with a credit if you have made a mistake and ordered goods that are the wrong type, style or model, you’ve ordered something that isn’t suitable, or you’ve ordered more of a particular product than you actually needed.

The goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and details of your original invoice number provided. In certain circumstances, we may ask you to pay a restocking fee.

There are some exceptions that apply. These include no returns on custom-made products, products that are no longer in brand-new condition, and goods that have been damaged. However, we will accept defective goods and arrange for a repair or replacement, or possibly a refund – this happens in accordance with manufacturers’ conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
