At Age Place, we understand that mistakes happen. That’s why we will accept returned goods and provide you with a credit if you have made a mistake and ordered goods that are the wrong type, style or model, you’ve ordered something that isn’t suitable, or you’ve ordered more of a particular product than you actually needed.

The goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and details of your original invoice number provided. In certain circumstances, we may ask you to pay a restocking fee.

There are some exceptions that apply. These include no returns on custom-made products, products that are no longer in brand-new condition, and goods that have been damaged. However, we will accept defective goods and arrange for a repair or replacement, or possibly a refund – this happens in accordance with manufacturers’ conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
